You can ask how a converter setting works, suggest a useful improvement or report text that needs to be corrected. A clear subject line and a short explanation will help Udaya understand your message.
Report a technical problem
If the converter does not work as expected, please include the following details when possible:
- The browser and device you used.
- The image format, such as JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC.
- The number of images you selected.
- The maximum PDF size you entered in KB or MB.
- The exact error message shown on the page.
This information can help identify the problem without needing your source images.
Protect your private documents
Please do not email identity documents, certificates, signed forms or other private images. A description of the problem and the error message are normally enough.
Images selected in the converter stay on your device. Sending a file by email is separate from using the converter and is controlled by your email provider.
